Jaydiohead – Jay-Z x Radiohead – Minty Fresh Beats

So this is pretty much the best thing I’ve let my ears listen to in a real real long time. Fucking seriously. This SHOULDN’T be this good, right? Well, it’s really really good. Blows the Dangermouse mashup out the water. And it’s for free. On jaydiohead.com or here:

  2. I don’t actually think they were as amazing as everyone is making out.
I’m a big Radiohead fan and it just feels that Jay Z is sticking his nose in everyone elses music and making them well, to the point where its hard to listen to them.

  3. Chelsea, I'm a huge fan too, but I think we see music reinvention from a different angle. I see it from the creationist angle, where an artist has taken two things and reinvented both of them. It would be in the same vein as Girl Talk, Diplo & Santogold, and Esau Mwamwaya & Radioclit, where the sampled music is reimagined in a way that is a positive for all artists involved.
